What this website does

This is a public product preview. It does not offer accounts, connect to Canvas, accept course uploads, or run AI analysis. Its course examples are fictional.

Website visits

The site does not include advertising, analytics trackers, nonessential cookies, or a waiting-list form. Hosting and network providers may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Provider infrastructure may retain operational records under its own policies.

Messages you send us

Contact links open your email app. If you email Courseflow, we receive your address, message, and any attachments through Outlook. We use those messages to respond to your request. Sending an email does not subscribe you to marketing or a waiting list.

Please do not email passwords, authentication tokens, grades, or private course files. Include only what is needed to explain your question.

Retention and deletion

You can ask us to delete a support message by contacting courseflow.help@outlook.com. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained for security or legal reasons. We do not promise immediate deletion from email-provider backups or infrastructure logs.

Future app access

The app remains in development. Before external students can connect accounts or course information, the app's privacy notice, consent choices, provider arrangements, and retention practices need a separate release review. This website notice does not authorize access to your course information.
